Privacy Policy & Information Clause

This Privacy Policy is prepared in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Lithuanian data protection law.

Information Clause

Pursuant to Article 13(1)(2) and Article 14(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the use of personal data and on the free access to such data and the use of services 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), we hereby declare that:

I. Controller

The Controller of your personal data is Dadz Projektum.

II. Contact details

You can contact the Controller by email at the following address: az@dadzevents.com.

III. Purpose of processing

We will process your personal data for the purpose of providing interpretation services.

IV. Data not obtained directly from you

Data not obtained directly from you includes the following categories of data: name and surname, contact details, place of residence or stay, and job title.

V. Source of personal data

The source of personal data not directly related to you is the entity with which the Controller connects access to the interpretation services.

VI. Legal basis

The legal basis for using your personal data is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR, i.e., for the purpose of fulfilling the interpretation service agreement.

VII. Categories of personal data

The Controller processes the following personal data:

  • email address,
  • contact details, such as telephone number.

VIII. Recipients

The recipients of your personal data are entities with which the Controller has a contract for the provision of services: accounting, advisory and consulting, legal, and regulatory.

IX. Storage period

Your personal data will remain for the duration of the interpretation service, pending its delivery and settlement, and under separate law, the retention period for accounting and bookkeeping documentation, which is no less than 5 years from the end of the year in which the VAT invoice for the interpretation service was issued.

X. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data from the Controller and obtain a copy thereof,
  • request rectification of your personal data,
  • restrict the processing of your personal data,

in accordance with the basic principles set out in Articles 15, 16, and 18 of the GDPR.

XI. Rights where processing is based on consent

Furthermore, if your personal data is processed based on consent, you have the right to:

  • erase your personal data,
  • transfer your personal data,
  • object to the processing of your personal data,

in accordance with the basic principles set out in Articles 6, 17, 20, and 21 of the GDPR.

XII. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the GDPR.

XIII. Automated decision-making

With respect to your personal data, there is no automated decision-making.

XIV. Requirement to provide data

Providing personal data is required, but is supplementary to the interpretation service certification agreement and is necessary for the implementation and proper performance of the aforementioned agreement.
